I used to enjoy swimming and will probably go back to it later this year, that would fall into the endurance side of the spectrum. On the other hand in the past years I’ve been practicing Grit, HIIT and Pilates. #hackingexercise @gibalam @mackinprof

My favourite form of exercise is PLANK. And it falls in strength training exercises. So it'll come in resistance training. #hackingexercise
