I would challenge that people don't like change. Voluntary activities like games, sport, hobbies are build on the main idea of continuous change. What is true: people most often don't like change in the context of work places: it is a systemic challenge not a human one. #href19
The biggest thread of digitalization in HR is the believe that digitalizing means faster, simpler (one click behavior). Instead it is the changed real-life behaviour within a (now) digitalized world. It is less a technical challenge than a behaviour-psychology one. #href19
