An idea file is a good beginning, and from the Sampo perspective it is a seed. It shifts attention away from shipping a fixed app and toward sharing a generative structure.
In the AGI era, the deeper question is how that idea stays alive, accumulates context, and keeps evolving through time.
In Sampo, the next step is to move from an idea file into a collective governance model that maintains a living crystallisation of the idea. The idea becomes a shared memory node with visible intent, open questions, competing beliefs, relations to other ideas, and a traceable history of change. This gives the idea continuity and allows it to grow without losing its identity.
That is also where AI agents can integrate in a meaningful way. Their role, scope, outputs, and provenance stay visible inside a human-governed structure. One agent may explore adjacent possibilities, another may test assumptions, and another may turn accepted parts into prototypes or concrete actions. Each contribution stays anchored to the same living idea crystallisation, so the idea can keep deepening instead of fragmenting.
This is the deeper move in Sampo. The goal is to create the method and governance structure through which ideas remain alive, evolve collectively, and generate new agent-integrated structures over time. In that sense, the idea file is the entry point, and Sampo is the living administrative memory around it. Over time, Sampo as a method can become the future GitHub for idea files: the shared place where ideas are versioned, governed, expanded, and carried forward by humans and agents together.
