Client work is the death of me.
A client who paid $750 one-time over a year ago with a website from 10 years ago on Avads & Fusion Builder w/ no E-E-A-T.
He is freaking out his rankings drop, yet ghosted me for six months when I said it will go down over time I guarantee it.
No author on blogs or pages in medical niche, slow pagespeed, & old school mindset that he would rather lose rankings & leads vs. pay someone what they are worth.
Another client paying a few thousand for SEO had an increase in traffic from 600 to 1.8k monthy visitors, and now that is 18k.
That is just Google alone yet it is always a question of what are you doing & why should we pay you because you are not doing what I think is best?
Prospects who have millions of YouTube & social media followers who think directing all that traffic to a paywall Fullscripts page is better than paying an agency to build them their own It is comical - people rather be cheap and literally lose millions to know they got a deal or are so good they dont need help, yet are so blindly stupid they have no idea what they are doing.
Chiropractors & doctors post fear mongering videos of COVID and what not, & go from being a deadbeat to charging $3500 for a consultation.
It is hard to stomach people are stupid enough to pay that for a quack who knows nothing but is good on camera.
No wonder politicians have a field day with all of society, people are so easy to sway and mold with their beliefs.
With the exception of the handful of amazing clients who actually understand business, thus why I am always in Arizona, people undervalue marketing.
Amazing how people expect you to build a 7-8 figure business for pennies.
I think the future of my agency & my team is just building businesses & residuals internally.
I question some days if I would have been better growing my medical billing business or other companies.
Building a team, managing humans, and setting boundaries with demanding unappreciative with people has been quite the learning curve in 2023.
By the end of 2024, 50% of agencies will not exist, and people will realize going cheap & expecting too much will just get your more agencies that are frauds and only good at selling you into a contract to handcuff you.
Ask my client who pays $30k a month for marketing, if business is good on the backend, marketing should have no limit to the budget.
Back to the grind 3 all nighters a week, I have the winning with my team for SEO, PPC, Public Relations, PR, & API integrations.
The key is automating it and winning my time and life back as demand is only growing.

Custom fields in databases for each vertical with a two way sync using ETL and reverse ETL platforms.
Create custom post types, taxonomies, meta keys, relationships, & schema to create the backbone of a knowledge graph for the business.
Create a glossary and wikidata custom post type on CMS to start populating based on the knowledge graph.
Using n8n, Stack AI, and vector database such as pinecone, start populating data sets for cresting data points to train on industry, competitors, relevant tools or knowledgebased, social media, brand mentions, PR, videos, writings, books, everything possible in any data format.
Using wikidata as template, start identifying data points to populate based on knowledge base.
Now classify, analyze, & define the entities, taxonomy, tags, & categories for all posts.
For text, voice, images, & video - create a dedicated database table for each property above using the API integrations for IBM Watson NLP, openAI, Dandelion, Azure Cognitive AI, Azure AI to Speech, openAI chatGPT, openAI whisper, Google Cloud NLP, Google Cloud Vision, Google Cloud text to speech, and Amazon Rekognition.
Now you have all these data points on the CMS essentially adding as a headless CMS to manage Database Tables remotely.
