THE HIVES Part 1: Recording & Data logging in preparation for the Singularity The High-performance Integrated Virtual Environment (HIVE) The HIVE is a collaborative project between HIVE group at the CBER Food & Drug Administration (FDA) & Dr. Raja Mazumder's HIVE Lab group at George Washington University (GW). In addition to the HIVE platform, the group is involved in developing standards for bioinformatics communication via BioCompute Objects, knowledgebases for glycoinformatics (GlyGen), cancer research (BiomarkerKB, OncoMX, BioMuta, BioXpress), & microbiome analysis via the GutFeeling Knowledge Base (GFKB). The lab leverages knowledge graphs & advanced ML/AI technologies, including large language models, to harmonize, map, and uncover valuable insights from clinical data, omics datasets, knowledgebases, & scientific publications. hivelab.smhs.gwu.edu/ They are the main driving force behind the creation of graphs made from our bio-signals. Essentially, they're integrating our electrophysiological bio-signals with AI. THE HIVE LAB The HivE Lab utilizes in vivo electrophysiological recording techniques along with genetic, metabolic, & behavioral manipulations to understand how information about contexts, memory, and reward are computed in & between different brain areas. hivelab.faculty.unlv.edu/ THIS IS ALL IN PREPARATION FOR THE SINGULARITY. tiny-auditor is a skill of 48 lines that was hand-crafted based on 10 years of experience in writing not trying to show off, but this is how we need skills to be made: ✏️ Author > author's linkedin history matches what the skill does > it takes a few hours to write down without AI, but it took a decade of hard work an real expertise to learn enough to even know what are the sweet spots 🤖 No AI > knowledge is not enough, if you dilute it with AI writing the skill for you based on your instructions (increases token cost) 👨‍🏭 Write while doing the WORK > it needs to be polished WHILE working with it, for example if you are writing a report manully you are more focused on the edge cases of the skill user because you are one, without active work on the side it won't be as good In 10 years I must've issued thousand of reports, reviewed, presented to fortune 500 customers and board members, got feedback, got burned, reiterated, written knowledgebases - you get it. I put all that experience and all my focus to write how a PERFECT security report should look like Please share your thoughts! these are the skills we need, not mega-AI spam from all directions forefy.com/skills/1c0ebab8-2…

Datacenters won't run MoE models, unless you are leveraging your own model loading in rented GPUs. The inference quality doesn't match dense models. Instead, what should happen is layers refined to specific knowledgebases and intent inferred on prompt.

Has anyone else ever experienced allowing your LLM-wiki agent interact with someone else's LLM wiki-agent and then your agent starts to significantly hallucinate because it is unable to distinguish between any of the actors involved? e.g. really bad at understanding there are two knowledgebases and two separate "users"

Been exploring how biology first principles might solve this. Our cells seem to keep their information aligned pretty well in comparison to us. been exploring selective transcription concepts too for reducing tokenburn in agentic knowledgebases.

$CHGG was one of the first companies have its business model effectively destroyed by AI. Who needs a study companion platform when you have chatbots plugged into web search and other knowledgebases?

This month I'm on pace for using 71 million tokens. Here's what I do: - I have a thinking team, socratic question generator, and this team refuses to answer questions, just probe questions to help me think about things that I may not have thought of. But this team has access to large codebases. - I have a tool I built that builds knowledgebases of my code projects... it watches and updates, but uses llms to find the invariants, the contracts, LSPs to pull out the types, functions, etc., into their own docs... lots more going on here - I use it as an assistant while coding too... Those are just 3 use cases of about 19. If I just used it for coding, i'd probably be in the same ballpark as you...maybe a bit more.

The auditor-to-attacker ratio is broken > AI attackers are getting better every model release. > Protocols understand their own code less every day. We're building an open source AI auditing agent HARNESS to fix that ratio. What started as an April Fools post became a real mission on Giveth 🫨😈🪄 ➡️ giveth.io/project/audit-wiza… Why us? > We built Audit Wizard 1.0 with AI integrations before anyone else, was literally ahead of its time > We have an expert team that was literally born for this (only me personally have spent the last 10 years building enterprise grade security automations - this is not a common career path) Best news - we want to integrate all of ya'lls solutions in there too (skill authors, public APIs, knowledgebases, auditors!) Repost, like, comment - we need your HYPE to make this reality come true (even though we will succeed with or without it)
Thanks to recent Claude Code leaks we can finally say Audit Wizard is BACK - Claude Code harness but as an Auditing Agent - Every piece of the agent built for smart contract auditing - Team feature, audit from your phone! Introducing AuditWizard 2.0 - Comment for early access -

Last week, we were building Agentic BM25 Vector code search databases. This week, we're building LLM-Wiki knowledgebases. I'd appreciate a week to just focus on building the real projects instead of continually tweaking the development stack. #AI_Exhaustion

I think we are getting into that arc of knowledge work where we get corpuses of disembodied knowledgebases where the curators haven’t spent the time to understand how they cohere together and is just mass manufactured on demand.
