We honor the memory of Mr. William “Cas” Casdorph, District 11 Maintenance Leadworker. On Sept 19, 2018, Mr. Casdorph & his crew were doing maintenance work on SR-163 in Kearny Mesa when he fell off a transition ramp. He suffered major injuries & passed away at the hospital. #RIP
