I have shifted straight into how to shape FOAK operations compliance for this FOAK #loadflex solution and make it for the #AI crowd to get on board. I don't care about any of the steady state or stability stuff because we already have consultants & power teams for that. I care about making nodal dispatch compliance capable of underwriting, with the right software and capacity solutions. I've been on the phone with private funders, my homies at Brattle et al, a couple of software companies who want to FAST and build the moat, jamming with @EmeraldAi_, and have a long list of asks from @tylerhnorris 😂 My eyeballs hurt and I've never been happier to have this problem. Thank you for the love.

@ERCOT_ISO Update. #speedtopower #loadflex #CLR #justintimelastinline #algorithm What: Draft Concept Drop for #LoadFlex = Just in Time Last in Line Curtailment for Willing Loads Why: Connect and Manage around Transmission Constraints is viable solution for *Firm Loads* seeking earlier energization date as Provisional CLR in @ERCOT_ISO Where: Batch Workshop Slides, March 30 2026 How: All started as #PGRR134, a simple little thing my firm filed with @SlBrandin and tons of stakeholder support to actuate #NPRR1188, Nodally Dispatched Loads in SCED. Had ~30 co-signatories to the sponsored proposal. Who?!: To allow willing batch zero firm loads to energize more quickly than firm upgrade date, ie. without waiting for full transmission upgrades, and privatize delivery risk. As Provisional CLRs, they agree to comply to binding dispatch algorithm. They pay their way to be studied and allocated firm rights, and elect Provisional CLR to manage themselves like gen does today, but under different criteria (easier) than Gen. Gen is mitigated for market power. CLR mitigation will be "just in time, last in line" for reliability constraints. Deets below.
For the next couple years at least, hundreds of CEOs will make breathless announcements about AI and grid affordability while a fraction of us will solve the actual problem with grid math, computer science, algorithmic logic, power market and interconnection lawyers, and systems, mech and electrical engineers.

1. Turning large load ON w/ a stable ramp & PWR profile is more important to grid reliability than "turning it off." 2. Loadflex as "DR payment to turn off" is a beaten -to-death narrative. 3. Breaker open for a gig load is a disaster! This is NOT the general plan thru 2030.
Gotta be honest: not great that paying data centers to turn off is our plan for grid reliability through 2030. A curtailment payment? Come on. This is bad! We have to stop managing the failure and build the grid we should have built in the first place. What are we doing here?!

Alright gang - I’m planning to be a bit more open about what my cofounder and I have been up to for the last 2yrs. All details in good time, but in the meanwhile we are at the doorstep of enormous opportunity by reinventing how we plan, manage, and pay for public infra in Texas

In partnership w/ genius of @SlBrandin, I've worked for months on vision to move #dispatachability #loadflex privatizing firm delivery risk forward in @ERCOT_ISO. Thanks to @heatmap_news @MattZeitlin for coverage, ERCOT master @ericwg, TWENTY FOUR consignors incl.@EmeraldAi_

C-Q patterns were also variable across time scales, which may have implications for accurately estimating downstream nutrient loads & conservation impacts. When comparing sensor data to Loadflex estimates, we found up to a 39% underestimate to 12% overestimate in annual loads.
