specifics: embracing the turmoil / lows of business building and seeing that they are the thing that improve me / the business.

Me : Yeah ... but this time, if we just fiddle with this metric, then ... oh, no ... it didn't work ... but what if we fiddle with ... and on, and on, and on. Trying to solve the problem by mostly maintaining what exists.
