This is exactly what I am talking about! Our current education system is completely broken. But it does have an infrastructure. If we find a way to incorporate the current infrastructure, we may be able to solve many of your bullet points. If we find a way to utilize current tools like @Grok to support changes, it would change the face of education as we know it. I am not suggesting we make drastic changes all at once...that is a construct of the Mars Colony. I am suggesting, on the other hand, that we follow a similar design as is being used in El Salvador. #MasteryLearning is an excellent format.
