cost-effective preparative approach to aid pure-phase perovskite oxide-based materials for sustainable memory device technology.
Using a low-temperature, eco-friendly fabrication method, the team synthesized purer, more stable
ceramic compounds for advanced capacitors and memory devices, earning an international patent
(German).
