As predicted and developers may have a point about cladding being bought in good faith. However, missing fire breaks and a whole host of fire safety issues were sold to leaseholders in bad faith. #morethancladding

This is pretty appalling. In April, the govt told these leaseholders their cladding bills would be covered by state funding. Then they withdrew that offer blaming an error. Now the residents face having to find around £20k each or risk losing their homes

We’ve got a plan: a Building Works Agency to assess, fix and fund and then certify all tall buildings. Then pursue those responsible for costs.
