After several weeks & asking a dozen colleagues, I now have two reviewers that accepted reviewing a paper I'm associate editor for!!! 4 invited didn't even bother replying... 1/2 reviews is already overdue. Is this typical?? Should I have asked more people? #NewAssociateEditor
