नालंदा विश्वविद्यालय में ‘शास्त्रार्थ 2026’ के माध्यम से प्राचीन बौद्धिक परंपरा का पुनर्जीवन राजगीर, नालंदा, बिहार (17 मई 2026): नालंदा विश्वविद्यालय अपने तृतीय स्नातकोत्सव (दीक्षांत) समारोह के अवसर पर 17–18 मई 2026 को “शास्त्रार्थ 2026” का आयोजन कर रहा है। यह आयोजन प्राचीन नालंदा महाविहार की समृद्ध बौद्धिक परंपरा को समकालीन अकादमिक जीवन में पुनर्स्थापित करने की दिशा में एक महत्वपूर्ण पहल है। विश्वविद्यालय ने पहली बार शास्त्रार्थ की प्राचीन परंपरा को औपचारिक रूप से अपने शैक्षणिक कैलेंडर में स्थान दिया है। यह पहल गुरु-शिष्य परंपरा की उस जीवंत भावना को पुनर्स्थापित करने का प्रयास है, जिसमें सार्थक बौद्धिक संवाद, तार्किक चिंतन और शोधपरक विमर्श के माध्यम से ज्ञान की गहराई और अकादमिक उत्कृष्टता को विकसित किया जाता है। इस अवसर पर विद्यार्थियों द्वारा अपने शोध-प्रबंधों (Dissertations) का सार्वजनिक प्रतिरक्षण (Defense) तथा विद्वत् संवाद आयोजित किए गए, जिनमें गंभीर अकादमिक विमर्श और तार्किक संवाद की समृद्ध परंपरा देखने को मिली। वर्तमान में भी विभिन्न विषयगत शास्त्रार्थ सत्र जारी हैं। कार्यक्रम का मूल उद्देश्य भारतीय चिंतन परंपरा में निहित तर्क, प्रमाण, संवाद और सत्य की खोज की परंपरा को आधुनिक अकादमिक पद्धति के साथ पुनर्जीवित करना है। उद्घाटन समारोह की शुरुआत स्नातक मंगल गान के साथ हुई, जिसके पश्चात कुलपति प्रोफेसर सचिन चतुर्वेदी ने उद्घाटन संबोधन दिया। “शास्त्रार्थ की परंपरा: इतिहास, व्यवहार और समकालीन प्रासंगिकता” विषय पर आयोजित विशेषज्ञ पैनल में भारतीय ज्ञान परंपरा के विविध आयामों से जुड़े प्रतिष्ठित विद्वानों और चिंतकों ने सहभागिता की। इनमें प्रो. सच्चिदानंद मिश्रा, सदस्य सचिव, भारतीय दर्शन अनुसंधान परिषद (ICPR); डॉ. मयंक शेखर मिश्रा, निदेशक, NMCM, इंदिरा गांधी राष्ट्रीय कला केंद्र (IGNCA); प्रो. असंग तिलकरत्ने, विशिष्ट विजिटिंग प्रोफेसर, नालंदा विश्वविद्यालय; श्री विशाल ताराचंद गड़ा, जैन धर्म के विद्वान एवं शिक्षक; प्रो. गोदाबरिश मिश्रा, डीन, स्कूल ऑफ बौद्ध स्टडीज़, फिलॉसफी एंड कम्पेरेटिव रिलिजन्स; तथा प्रो. डी. वेंकट राव, डीन, स्कूल ऑफ लैंग्वेजेज एंड लिटरेचर्स/ह्यूमैनिटीज, नालंदा विश्वविद्यालय शामिल रहे। अपने संबोधन में प्रोफेसर सचिन चतुर्वेदी ने कहा, “नालंदा में हम चाहते हैं कि विद्यार्थी केवल शोध प्रबंध जमा न करें, बल्कि अपने विचारों को समझें, व्यक्त करें, उनका प्रतिपादन करें और उन्हें व्यापक संदर्भों में रख सकें। शिक्षा, आर्टिफीसियल इंटेलिजेंस के भरोसे नहीं छोड़ी जा सकती; वह बौद्धिक संघर्ष और आत्मचिंतन से ही विकसित होती है।” उन्होंने आगे कहा, “प्राचीन भारतीय ज्ञान परंपराओं ने कभी नैतिकता को शासन से या ज्ञान को सार्वजनिक जीवन से अलग नहीं माना। धर्म, अर्थ और नीति की हमारी खोज उसी समग्र सभ्यतागत दृष्टि को पुनः समझने का प्रयास है।“ दो दिनों तक चलने वाले इस आयोजन में बौद्ध अध्ययन, हिंदू अध्ययन, पुरातत्व, पारिस्थितिकी, अंतरराष्ट्रीय संबंध, सतत विकास, साहित्य और दर्शन सहित विभिन्न विषयों पर 23 विषयगत शास्त्रार्थ सत्र आयोजित किए जा रहे हैं। पूर्वपक्ष और उत्तरपक्ष की पारंपरिक संरचना पर आधारित ये सत्र विद्यार्थियों और पूर्व छात्रों को अनुशासित तर्क, आलोचनात्मक संवाद और सहयोगात्मक चिंतन के लिए प्रेरित करते हैं। ये शास्त्रार्थ प्रमाण (वैध ज्ञान), तर्क (लॉजिकल रीजनिंग) और शील (नैतिक आचरण) जैसे मूलभूत सिद्धांतों पर आधारित हैं। दीक्षांत शास्त्रार्थ के अंतर्गत विश्वविद्यालय दो सम्मान भी प्रदान करेगा - ‘नालंदा शास्त्रार्थ सम्मान, जो जिज्ञासा और संवाद की भावना को विकसित करने वाले शिक्षकों को दिया जाएगा, तथा ‘नालंदा शास्त्रार्थ पुरस्कार, जो उत्कृष्ट बौद्धिक विमर्श और वैचारिक उदारता प्रदर्शित करने वाले विद्यार्थियों को प्रदान किया जाएगा। औपचारिक स्नातकोत्सव समारोह 19 मई को आयोजित होगा, जिसमें स्नातक विद्यार्थियों को प्राचीन नालंदा परंपरा की भावना के साथ उपाधियाँ प्रदान की जाएंगी। @IPRDBihar

I always get a lot of questions from nursing aspirants regarding the best route to becoming a Nigerian Registered Nurse. I always reply them that both are good, depending on what they want, what he/she is able to get at the moment, considering the duration ând fees too. Now, scratch that, if I’m to advise âny aspirant now regarding the best route to choose, I would tell them to choose the university with my full chest. Here’s why >>>>>>>>>>>>>> 1. Flexible Nursing Policy: No matter the kind of rules or policies that NMCN decides to bring up in future, I doubt it will fully affect university nursing because it is well grounded. 2. International Opportunities: Do not get me wrong, as long as nursing license is concern, you can get it either in the University or College of Nursing and you can practice anywhere in this whole wide world with it but, there’s some limitations, some employers may require to see your degree Cert before approving your application ând many other things that it could impact. 3. Advancing in the profession: If you are one that love to go into academia full time, it requires some necessary upgrade ând you can’t easily get them after graduating CON, you need to still get a degree first and start from there. 4. Ranking in the clinical area: You can be practicing in the hospital as a diploma nursing graduate for some years ând â Nurse intern may finish her internship and probably got retained, guess what? He/she will instantly top you in cadre, except you did an upgrade while practicing. 5. Duration: If College of Nursing is 4years and the University is 5 years, what’s the difference? Is it not better you go to the university, do your 5years training plus 1 year internship training ând 1 year post service rather than graduating after 4 whole year with a diploma? PS: I can go on ând on but let me stop here. Remember, I didn’t say CON isn’t a good idea, in fact, I used to encourage people that has Japa plan to follow School of nursing route then but with the new NMCM update regarding College of Nursing OND ând HND stuff, I thing going to the university is best. The AUDACITY!!! Why not use the millions to take Jamb Form, get admitted to the University/College of Nursing School, obtain a LEGAL Certification from NMCM, so they won't be referred to as AUXILIARY again? Why trying to cut corners, which is even impracticable?.
