We shall see. People like Mr Oshiomole won't be returning to the Senate under free and fair elections. He is confused Man that often tell well meaning Nigerians fabricated lies against His Excellency Mr Peter Gregory Obi like the one he did on Seun podcast recently.

People often debate whether Texas is The South or its own thing. Whatever Texas was, it’s not even American in large parts anymore. It’s a colony of India.
🚨FRISCO, TEXAS🚨Victorious Mayoral candidate Mark Hill attended a Hindu service today where he “took the blessing of Lord Narasimha.” Frisco has been flooded with H-1B visa workers, raising concerns about demographic collapse. Follow: @Carlos__Turcios @DallasExpress

The article is at wsj.com/opinion/why-the-affo… There is a difference between upzoning and densifying existing land, and the ability to expand on the fringes into farmland or other undeveloped land. Toronto has high housing prices even though we have massive levels of upzoning, because we have high population growth plus limit sprawl. There is also a chicken and egg problem - housing is built where the population is growing - and population growth is often related to job/economic growth. Quote: It’s true that housing prices in many Sun Belt cities surged early in the pandemic as people migrated from states that had imposed strict lockdowns like California. But more-permissive permitting and zoning enabled housing developers to bring on additional supply quickly, which has helped curb prices. Only 118,000 building permits for new homes were issued for the Los Angeles metro region (population 12.8 million) between 2021 and 2024, versus 163,000 in Atlanta (6.3 million), 187,000 in Phoenix (5.1 million), 276,000 in Houston (7.5 million) and 281,000 in Dallas (8.1 million).

We miss you, and think of you often. Session is wrapped. Spring is in bloom. I’m retiring soon. You two would have thrived in retirement. I trust you’re living it now. We have our arms wrapped around your kids. They’re remarkable. We love them.

Question: Have you experienced the movie, the books, or both? I'm finding people often have very different reactions depending on which version they encountered first. amazon.com/dp/B0G84RF19X?bin…

The very things that Leftist elites love to deride about America, often from the vantage point of what a sneering Frenchman might say, are the things our European visitors are most admiring of, because they are the things that are most recognizably American.
Our European admirers are enjoying the fruits of Red America—the exact things that the Left has the most contempt for: Walmart. Guns. Ranch dressing. Country music. People getting fat off fast food. Once you look into the life of an average sailor back then, you start to appreciate why mutiny and piracy were legitimate (if often fatal) options. It was brutal and wretched, with very poor survival rates - and that was just life in the Royal Navy.

It was nice to get outside today. I often think about how nature keeps moving, regardless of politics or what’s going on in the news. Nature is more powerful than anything else. It’s humbling to put the phone down and look around! 🌲🥾🐛

You can't talk about "genius", your fundamental truth, or Your Singular Work (singular meaning exceptional, rare, unique) without also talking about loneliness. I'm talking about a fundamental loneliness, which unconsciously runs beneath everything. That which is primal and vibrates at the lowest decibel. It's that which defines existential angst and anxiety. It's that which causes unconscious attachments, compromise, self-betrayal, need. It's that which causes emotional distractions, addictions, fundamental insecurity, and busy-ness. It's what permeates most of our lives, decisions, and behaviors, and why you must penetrate it in order to experience true freedom. Can you actually stand alone? This is critical when it comes to Your Singular Work (singular meaning exceptional, rare, unique), as it implies honoring your fundamental truth, your singular gifts and lens (how you "see"), potentially and likely challenging the status quo and moving outside "the frame" of the known and accepted. Many people ideate this but recoil when tested. It gets primal, because we are social, emotional beings, and to be outcasted by "the tribe" can incite the greatest threat — death — whether a social or actual death, as it once did, which continues to be taught through generational teachings and rules, and unconsciously resides in the psyche and nervous system. It's conditioned. This is why my work is designed to penetrate the most fundamental levels, in order support those who actually develop and represent truly distinctive, singular work, bringing new ideas, study, approaches, expressions, communication into new frontiers. Not those who ideate, talk ad nauseam, or fantasize about it. It requires grit and resiliency. It can get very lonely as those who you love and respect potentially side eye, reject, question, dismiss, troll, or ridicule you, Or when you experience projections and triggers you cannot control. Are you ready for that? Most people have no idea what they are or what their work is, and they have no direction as a result — I don’t care how much money they earn or have. I work with people who have strong work and are ready to up the ante, which often entails discovering, integrating, and honoring entirely new aspects of themselves in order to fully honor their fundamental truth & TOTALITY. And they understand it requires uncovering and dissolving that which causes them to second guess, doubt, betray, or compromise themselves, and therefore their work, leading them to pull back. It requires a hella lot more than thought-brain approaches or just doing somatic or breath work. You must get specific and exact to your programming and trauma and in the context of Your Singular Work, each part of your money, and your business. You must penetrate the fundamental levels of your fear and resistances, which are emotional and primal, going to the levels of the psyche-brain-nervous sytem at the intrinsic levels — simultaneously. Otherwise, it's just Escapist Play Time. If this is you, DM ME to schedule a call or use the link in my bio. Catherine xx
