Everything requires more bandwidth than it ever has. The more bandwidth we open up, the more sites uses it up. All the flashy things on every app and every site contribute to it and instead of optimalization, they just keep adding more complexity.

It's just optimalization. Company doesn't need it. Raising cash is simply cheaper than using it's own.
Tax reasons. Interest on debt deductible. More efficient way to finance buyback.

My suspicion is that they see some presure from players offering package deals, plus the need for more data to realise their ambition to offer a comprehensive revenue optimalization platform ontop.
Plus ai accelerating plans and presure. The company's they acquired look strong.

My thoughts on $ADYEN buying ORB.
I think it is a needed vertical for adyen, because most competitors also have a billing product. Plus it gives adyen more data points for their revenue optimalization plan.
And better than having cash sitting still on the balancesheet.

There is also the chance the fault isn't in the game side, but graphic software dev instead.
Using Wilds as example the final optimalization work better on the latest version of AMD meanwhile Nvdia latest update caused problem to hardware in general causing the update don't work

No, still the developers fault. You need to be more critical towards developers in terms of optimalization because that is becoming a lost art now a days. Devs don't know how to optimize, that isn't the fault of the engine.
