1. I do care. I have a long history of over 2 decades of caring about the safety of female athletes.
2. I don't need to prove intent. Neither does ADF. This is a civil lawsuit brought by Kallie Keeler and her mother against state athletic officials, the Washington Office of Superintendent of Public Instruction, the Puyallup School District, school principals, and others — not directly against the opponent.
The suit centers on Title IX violations, creation of a hostile educational environment, denial of fair/safe sports opportunities.
It alleges policies allowing biological males to compete in the girls' divisions (without notice) created a dangerous situation leading to the assault. Officials are also accused of delaying the mandatory report of the alleged assault.
you don't care about the incident, only who is being accused. if it were another female, you would have not been standing with anyone, because it doesn't work to further your agenda. How can you prove if there was intent?
