Please note that a contributor who has previously accessed 25% of their RSA balance due to loss of employment may still access their RSA balance for a residential mortgage equity contribution, subject to meeting the eligibility requirements.
Additionally, Contributors under the Personal Pension Plan (PPP) may access up to 50% of their contributions as contingent withdrawal in line with PenCom guidelines.
This provision is designed to provide financial flexibility and can help contributors address emergency needs or other pressing financial obligations before retirement.

Have you done the recapturing they(pencom)are presently doing?
Can't find my retrenchment letter and it happened in year 2016.The process of getting it from the organization is stressful.
