@_egonschiele Adit, you may not remember, you encouraged me to speak at PNWPHP in 2016 and since then I've gone on to do a bunch more! It was the support I needed at just the right time. It's helped propel my career. You're kind and generous with your time. Thank you so much!

That was the only one I got to go to, so you're probably right, and my only real contribution to the PHPPNW discourse was my video about the journey to the bathroom at the center of the earth, so I suspect that's where it came from.

Do you run a conference? Use year-specific domain names for your website URLs e.g. 2018.example.com so they can live on. I wish we had done that for the PNWPHP conference.

Shit like this is the reason I'm terrified for my sister who lives in Minneapolis, and also the reason I'm not going to @PNWPHP this year.
I do NOT want to even enter the US right now. If this is what they do to their own, who knows what they'll do to a foreigner?

If anyone is wondering what happened to my event (and Andrews) @PNWPHP, it is now renamed as @CascadiaPHP with a new President, @sketchings. I never announced this, but I won't be continuing it in Seattle. You'll now find the event in Portland with new energy & new leaders ;-)

It’s held in the heavily-forested PNW; they need you to assist on the attack on the shield generators.
