KSE’s $40M plan is centered on building a new campus in Kyiv that will double student capacity and serve as a hub for academic programs (bachelor’s, master’s, PhD) in fields like economics, public policy, IT, and engineering, as well as applied research and business partnerships.
A big part of the strategy is workforce training: KSE is expanding short-term, practical reskilling programs—such as the ProfTech project—which offer free, intensive courses in high-demand technical fields (like CNC operator, welder, and electronics assembler), developed in collaboration with employers to ensure graduates can immediately find jobs and contribute to Ukraine’s recovery.
The initiative aims to make quality education accessible (with 80% of tuition covered by fundraising), and the new campus will feature modern labs, collaboration spaces, and public facilities, all designed to address Ukraine’s urgent need for skilled professionals and help drive long-term economic growth.
