Looking forward to a fun, full day at Arizona State University Engineering Education Systems and Design program, meeting with #graduatestudents and #programchairs. We'll be talking about my book Making Changes in STEM Education and trying out a few of the #academicchange#tools
The expectation is that everyone presents their work at the conference, this includes posters and videos.
If you need further clarification about your situation, best to contact our Program Chairs via email: programchairs-iccv23@googlegroups.com
The answer to this - in principle - should always be yes, regardless of the debate on stipend levels.
And the onus lies on us - PIs/mentors/ProgramChairs - to organize sessions on personal finance management for our grad students.
As a graduate student do you/did you invest (stocks, mutual funds, property etc.) the fellowship money you make/made ?
(This stems from a discussion with a graduate student yesterday on the same) #AcademicTwitter
