Coastal rain risk still looks serious! Yesterday, when I saw ECMWF forecasting 18-20" of rain @ Myrtle Beach, I ordered a package of 2 @QUICKDAM barriers for my hurricane kit. I used some up in Charlotte a few years ago when water was flooding my garage. They are awesome.
