Literally no one has ever said mj was nothing. For some reason you just infer that, whenever someone says they think Lebron was better. Which is why yall are impossible to reason with.

Maradona skipped through tackles, Messi ran through it like it was nothing. Both are GOATs anyway.

With all due respect, Maradona was a phenomenon driven by passion and aggressive skills but he was not as smooth as Messi. His basic game plan was strong conviction and the ability to bulldoze opponents with strong lower body strength.

Just because they’ve been called, doesn’t make it right. It’s the letter of the law. Whilst people are undermining this clip, players don’t do this inside the box. His awareness and the fact the entire back 4 are caught off guard & his coming alive once onside. Incredible goal.

They had the chance to do this in 2022. Argentina played their part.

a player isn’t supposed to improve?? Adopted attributes of Iniesta’s dribbling.. that’s funny. Watch Messi while in La Masia, every moves his making now, he did same back then

The best number 9 in his days by a mile, till sad he mist 1998 and 2002. He could dribble on a post mark.

I think the issue is right there. There were two players marking one man and one of them is Aidan Morris who, as a shorter defensive mid, likely should have been the one to hold down the edge of the 18. I just don't understand why it wasn't automatic.
