以前試してみてましたが、ダメっぽぃデス… どういうCacheのされ方なのかわかりませんが、MENUに戻るかRestartするとかしないとCacheされたメモリの解放動作してくれないので、解放可能メモリとしてmarkされないのでは？と推測(reducememoryはdisposeとmarkされたメモリが対象だったのではと)

reducememoryとかではMSFSのメモリクリアはできないのでしょうか？
