3at: the 3DO Audio Tool v1.0.0 is now released
Allows you to encode and decode 4bit per sample Intel DVI / ADP4 and 8bit per sample square/xact/delta SDX2 codecs. Longer term plans are to upstream these to ffmpeg.

3it v1.6.0 released
Main feature is improved coded CEL packing. I need to do another round of checks but I think it might be as good as it theoretically can be. Beats out the original Photoshop plugin by 3DO.
