There is nothing wrong with this, this type of tech saves the body. The are screed machines that helps concrete works and tie guns that help save rodbusters. The more tech in construction the better.

depends on the trade bro. ive met rodbusters and concrete finishers who were exceptional at their jobs, better than i could ever dream of being, who were incredibly stupid. electricians, plumbers, hvac, yeah, those guys are generally quite smart.

Rodbusters on heavy civil projects. You won't see a rodbuster past the age of 26 on a project. Always bending over setting reinforcing steel. Their backs give out.

Yeah, I saw it too when I was still on the tools. Carpenters, drywall, paint, fencing contractors, insulators, rodbusters, brick, concrete and asphalt crews were pretty much all Central Americans who spoke suspiciously little English. It’s probably worse now.
