Cybergame 2026 Officially Kicks Off As Kenya’s digital economy continues to expand, so too does our responsibility to secure it. Today, I officially launched the CyberGame Kenya 2026 Edition under the State Department for ICT & Digital Economy, in partnership with the Slovenské veľvyslanectvo v Keni / Slovak Embassy in Kenya and the Government of Slovakia. I was honoured to be joined by H.E. Maroš Mitrík, reaffirming our shared commitment to strengthening Kenya’s cybersecurity capacity. Under the theme “Securing Kenya’s Digital Future,” CyberGame Kenya 2026 is a 10-week high-intensity cybersecurity marathon running from 1st March to 10th May 2026. The competition covers critical fields including: • Cryptography • Malware Analysis • Forensic Analysis • Offensive Security and Offensive Analysis • Security Management • Open Source Intelligence It is open to students in tertiary institutions and universities, as well as industry professionals, creating a national platform for talent discovery, skills development, and evidence-based hiring.
