I genuinely need a personal trainer to live at my house,
Yell at me to make me exercise,
Cook me proper food and just generally kick my ass into shape.

My son has put me on to ‘The Man in the High Castle’ but apparently my binge-watching skills are sadly lacking. I thought I was Olympic class but it seems I need more dedication. It’s good when your kids support your interests.
