Nigeria's Raising Stars: “Top Startups Shine at iHatch Demo Day”
Months of hustling, state-level selections, and regional competition all led to the iHatch National Demo Day!
The iHatch National Demo Day (4th Cohort), a cornerstone initiative by NITDA and JICA, successfully concluded today, showcasing Nigeria's most promising startups to a critical audience of investors, hub managers, and policymakers.
iHatch was established in 2021 as a strategic partnership to create an enabling environment for young Nigerians to develop and scale their innovative solutions.
The programme directly reinforces the Federal Government's commitment under President
@officialABAT's Renewed Hope Agenda by providing a clear pathway for homegrown talent to contribute significantly to economic diversification and digital transformation.
After rigorous selection processes, the top founders converged to pitch their innovations, and we proudly recognise the standout performers, they are:
1. Interface Africa: $15,000 - Driving Nigeria’s clean energy transition by enabling structured and affordable solar financing.
2. Ahioma: $12,000 - Enhancing food accessibility with a digital marketplace connecting consumers directly to trusted vendors.
