အကြမ်းဖက်စစ်ကောင်စီ၏ အပစ်ရပ်ကြေညာချက် ဆိတ်ခေါင်းချိတ်ပြီး ခွေးသားရောင်းသည့်လုပ်ရပ်ဟု KNU ပြော ▪️အပစ်ရပ်ကာလအတွင်း အကြမ်းဖက်စစ်ကောင်စီ တိုက်ခိုက်၍ KNUနယ်မြေ၌ ပြည်သူ ၂၀ဦး သေဆုံး၊အများအပြား ဒဏ်ရာရ ဧပြီ ၂၇၊၂၀၂၅။ဟန်နွေ/People’s Springf အာဏာသိမ်းအကြမ်းဖက်စစ်ကောင်စီက အပစ်ရပ်စဲရေးကြေညာထားသော်လည်း ပြည်သူလူထုအား ပစ်မှတ်ထားတိုက်ခိုက်မှုများ ဆက်တိုက်ပြုလုပ်ခဲ့၍ ကရင်အမျိုးသားအစည်းအရုံး(KNU) နယ်မြေအတွင်း ပြည်သူလူထု သေဆုံးထိခိုက်မှုများစွာဖြစ်ပေါ်ခဲ့ရကြောင်း KNU ဗဟိုက ထုတ်ပြန်ခဲ့ပြီး အကြမ်းဖက်စစ်ကောင်စီ၏ ခွေးသရေခြုံ အပစ်အခတ်ရပ်စဲရေး ကြေငြာချက်မှာ ဆိတ်ခေါင်းချိတ်ပြီး ခွေးသားရောင်းသည့် လုပ်ရပ်ဖြစ်ဟု ဖော်ပြသည်။ အကြမ်းဖက်စစ်ကောင်စီ အပစ်ရပ်ကြေညာခဲ့သည့် ဧပြီ ၂ရက်မှ ၂၂ရက်အတွင်း KNU အုပ်ချုပ်နယ်မြေများသို့ အာဏာသိမ်းအကြမ်းဖက်စစ်ကောင်စီမှ ပြည်သူလူထုများအား ပစ်မှတ်ထားပြီး လေကြောင်းတိုက်ခိုက်မှုများ၊ လက်နက်ကြီး ပစ်ခတ်တိုက်ခိုက်မှုများ၊ ပြည်သူလူထုပိုင်အိုးအိမ် ပစ္စည်းများအား မီးရှိဖျက်ဆီးခြင်း၊ မိုင်းထောင်ခြင်းနှင့် အကြောင်းမဲ့ ဖမ်းဆီးထိမ်းသိန်းခြင်း အစရှိသည့် လူ့အခွင့်အရေးချိုးဖောက်မှု လုပ်ရပ်များ လုပ်ဆောင်ခဲ့မှု အခြေအနေကို ယမန်နေ့တွင် စုစည်းထုတ်ပြန်ခဲ့ခြင်းဖြစ်သည်။ အပစ်ရပ်ကြေညာထားသည့် ကာလအတွင်း အကြမ်းဖက်စစ်ကောင်စီက လူ့အခွင့်အရေးချိုးဖောက်မှု အကြိမ် ၁၁၀ကျော် ကျူးလွန်ခဲ့ရာ လေကြောင်းမှ တိုက်လေယာဉ်များ၊ ရဟတ်ယာဉ်များ၊ ဒရုန်းဖြင့် ဗုံးကြဲ တိုက်ခိုက်မှုများကို (၆၃) ကြိမ် ပြုလုပ်ခဲ့ဟု ဖော်ပြသည်။ ထိုလေကြောင်းတိုက် ခိုက်မှုကြောင့် အပြစ်မဲ့ အရပ်သား ပြည်သူ (၁၄) ဦးနှင့် ကိုရင် (၁) ပါး သေဆုံးခဲ့ကာ ဦးပဇ္ဇင်း (၂) ပါး၊ ကိုရင်ကြီး (၁) ပါး နှင့် အရပ်သား (၃၄) ဦး ထိခိုက်ဒဏ်ရာရခဲ့ကြောင်း KNU က အသိပေးသည်။ အကြမ်းဖက်စစ်ကောင်စီသည် လက်နက်ကြီး ပစ်ခတ်တိုက်ခိုက်မှု (၄၃) ကြိမ်ပြုလုပ်ခဲ့ရာ ပြည်သူ ၅ဦး သေဆုံးကာ ၁၈ဦး ဒဏ်ရာရခဲ့ဟု ဆိုသည်။ ထိုသို့ လေကြောင်း လက်နက်ကြီး တိုက်ခိုက်မှုများကြောင့် ဘုန်းကြီးကျောင်း (၅) ကျောင်း နှင့် နေအိမ် ၂၀ကျော် ထိခိုက်ပျက်စီးခဲ့ရဟု ဖော်ပြသည်။ အကြမ်းဖက်စစ်ကောင်စီတပ်မှ ပြည်သူ လူထု၏ နေအိမ်များအား မီးရှိခြင်း (၁) ကြိမ် ပြုလုပ်ခဲ့ပြီး ထိုမီးရှိ ဖျက်ဆီးမှု ကြောင့် နေအိမ် (၄) လုံး နှင့် ဘုရားကျောင်း (၁) ကျောင်းမီးလောင် ပျက်စီးခဲ့ရဟု အသိပေးသည်။ ထို့ပြင် အကြမ်းဖက်စစ်ကောင်စီတပ်မှအပြစ်မဲ့ အရပ်သားပြည်သူ (၂)ဦးကို အကြောင်းမဲ့ ဖမ်ဆီးခဲ့ပြီး အကြမ်းဖက်စစ်ကောင်စီ တပ်ထောင်ထားသည့် မိုင်းကြောင့် အရပ်သား ၂ဦး ဒဏ်ရာရခဲ့ကြောင်း အသိပေးသည်။ အာဏာသိမ်းအကြမ်းဖက်စစ်ကောင်စီတပ်မှ အပစ်အခတ်ရပ်စဲရေး ကြေညာချက်တစ်ရပ် ထုတ်ပြန်ခဲ့သော် လည်း ယင်းထုတ်ပြန်ချက်မှာ နိုင်ငံတကာအဖွဲအစည်းများထံမှ “လူသားချင်းစာနာထောက်ထားမှု အကူအညီ များ” အား ၎င်းထံသို စီးဆင်းစေရန် ရည်ရွယ်ချက်ဖြင့်သာ ထုတ်ပြန်ခြင်းဖြစ်ကြောင်း KNU၏ ထုတ်ပြန်ချက်၌ ဖော်ပြထားသည်။ အကြမ်းဖက်စစ်ကောင်စီသည် လက်တွေ့တွင် ၎င်းတိုအနေဖြင့် တော်လှန်ရေးအဖွဲအစည်းများ အုပ်ချုပ်ထားနိုင်သည့် မြိုရွာများရှိ ပြည်သူလူထုများအား အဓိကပစ်မှတ်ထားပြီး လေကြောင်း တိုက်ခိုက်မှုများ၊ လက်နက်ကြီး ပစ်ခတ်တိုက်ခိုက်မှုများကို အဆက်မပြတ် လုပ်ဆောင်လျက်ရှိကြောင်း၊ အာဏာသိမ်းအကြမ်းဖက် စစ်ကောင်စီတပ်မှ ကြေငြာသော အပစ်ခတ်ရပ်စဲရေးကြေငြာချက်နှင့် ၎င်းတို၏ လက်တွေ့ လုပ်ရပ်များမှာ"ဆိတ်ခေါင်းချိတ်ပြီး ခွေးသားရောင်း”သကဲ့သိုသာ ဖြစ်နေကြောင်း KNU ဗဟိုက ထုတ်ပြန်သည်။ အကြမ်းဖက်စစ်ကောင်စီ၏ ထိုသို့သောလုပ်ရပ်များကြောင့် ပြည်သူလူထုများအနေဖြင့် သဘာဝဘေးနှင့် စစ်ဘေးကို တပြိုင်နက်တည်း ခံစားနေကြရပြီး တော်လှန်ရေးတပ်များအနေဖြင့်လည်း ပြည်သူလူထုများ၏ အသက်အိုးအိမ် စည်းစိမ်ကို ကာကွယ်နိုင်ရေး အတွက် လိုအပ်သည့် ကာကွယ်ရေး အစီအမံများအား အဆက်မပြတ် လုပ်ဆောင်နေရမြဲဖြစ်ကြောင်း ဖော်ပြထားသည်။ အကြမ်းဖက်စစ်ကောင်စီသည် KNUနယ်မြေသာမက ကချင်၊ ရှမ်းမြောက် စစ်ကိုင်း၊ မန္တလေး၊ မကွေး၊ ရက္ခိုင်၊ ချင်း ၊ ကရင်နီ၊ မွန် ဒေသအသီးသီးကို ၎င်းတို့ အပစ်ရပ်စဲရေးကြေညာထားသည့် ကာလအတွင်း လေကြောင်း လက်နက်ကြီး တိုက်ခိုက်မှုများ၊ မြေပြင်ထိုးစစ်ဆင်မှုများ ပြုလုပ်ခဲ့ရာ ပြည်သူ လူထု ရာချီ အသက်ဆုံးရှုံးခဲ့ရသည်။ အကြမ်းဖက်စစ်ကောင်စီအနေဖြင့် ကိုယ်တိုင်ကြေညာထားသည့်အပစ်ရပ်စဲရေးကြေညာချက်ကို ကိုယ်တိုင် စည်းဖောက်သည့် လုပ်ရပ်များ ရှိနေပြီး အပစ်ရပ်ကြေညာချက်သည် ယုံကြည်စရာမရှိကြောင်း တော်လှန်ရေးအင်အားစုများက ထုတ်ပြန်ပြောဆိုထားသည်။သို့သော် အကြမ်းဖက်စစ်ကောင်စီသည် ဧပြီ ၂၃ရက်မှ ဧပြီ လကုန်အထိကိုလည်း အပစ်ရပ်ကြေညာချက် ထပ်မံ သက်တမ်းတိုးမြှင့်ခဲ့သည်။ KNU Denounces Terrorist military Council’s Ceasefire Declaration as “Hanging a Goat’s Head to Sell Dog Meat” April 27, 2025. Han Nwe/People’s Spring Despite the terrorist military Council’s announcement of a ceasefire, it has continued to carry out relentless attacks targeting civilians, resulting in numerous deaths and injuries within the Karen National Union (KNU) territories, according to a statement released by the KNU Central Committee. The KNU described the terrorist military Council’s hypocritical ceasefire declaration as a deceptive act, akin to “hanging a goat’s head to sell dog meat.” From April 2 to April 22, during the terrorist military Council’s declared ceasefire period, the terrorist military council conducted targeted attacks on civilians in KNU-administered areas. These included airstrikes, heavy artillery bombardments, arson attacks on civilian homes and properties, mine-laying, and arbitrary arrests, all of which constitute human rights violations. The KNU compiled and released a report detailing these incidents yesterday. During the ceasefire period, the terrorist military Council committed over 110 human rights violations, including 63 airstrikes using fighter jets, helicopters, and drones. These airstrikes resulted in the deaths of 14 innocent civilians and one novice monk, with injuries to two monks, one senior novice monk, and 34 civilians, as reported by the KNU. The terrorist military Council also carried out 43 heavy artillery attacks, killing five civilians and injuring 18 others. These airstrikes and artillery attacks damaged five monasteries and over 20 homes, according to the KNU. Additionally, the terrorist military Council set fire to civilian homes once, destroying four houses and one pagoda. They arbitrarily arrested two innocent civilians, and landmines planted by the terrorist military Council injured two civilians, the KNU reported. The KNU stated that the terrorist military Council’s ceasefire announcement was merely a ploy to secure “humanitarian aid” from international organizations. In reality, the terrorist military Council has continuously targeted civilians in villages controlled by revolutionary groups with airstrikes and artillery attacks. The KNU emphasized that the terrorist military Council’s actions contradict its ceasefire declaration, describing it as “hanging a goat’s head to sell dog meat.” Due to these actions, civilians are suffering from both natural disasters and war simultaneously. Revolutionary forces are tirelessly implementing necessary defense measures to protect the lives and properties of the people, the KNU noted. The terrorist military Council’s attacks were not limited to KNU territories. During the ceasefire period, they conducted airstrikes, heavy artillery attacks, and ground offensives in Kachin, Northern Shan, Sagaing, Mandalay, Magway, Rakhine, Chin, Karenni, and Mon regions, resulting in hundreds of civilian deaths. Revolutionary groups have stated that the terrorist military Council’s repeated violations of its own ceasefire declaration render it untrustworthy.
