SQLQueryStress is a simple, lightweight performance testing tool, (GUI and CLI) designed to load test individual SQL queries. It includes timings and capabilities for reporting on consumed server resources. I just released an update to support .NET 10!

HammerDB で TPC-C が一番お手軽だと思います。
他だと jdbcrunner の Tiny TPC-B 辺りでしょうか。
自分で書いたクエリでベンチマークしたい場合は、ostress / sqlquerystress 辺り使ってますね。
