I'm just blown away by the @psdbatools command " Start-DbaMigration -Source win10e -Destination win10f -BackupRestore -SharedPath '\\win10d\SQLRestore' -SourceSqlCredential $srccred -DestinationSqlCredential $destcred" - Migrates a test SQL server in minutes.
