Per the NICE guidelines #OT are a core part of the #StrokeMDT .OT's provide opportunities to understand their impairment to motor, sensory, visual& psychosocial domains. OTs then use this information to support with setting rehabilitation plans based on goals set with patients.

Reflecting on the week and another positive was some great MDT assessments and investigations requested by consultant finally gave a patient there diagnosis of a spinal infarct! Patient now knows whats causing his impairments and keen to engage in rehab ๐ #strokemdt#strokerehab
