I can say without a doubt that the recent upgrades to @grok have been amazing! I've been using Grok for intensive coding for over a year. There were many times it failed or crashed, forcing me to switch to another AI, but I always returned with my findings and correct code to share with Grok. This morning, I tested it with a gigantic SuiteScript (over 1,300 lines) to evaluate speed, calculations, and accuracy, and I was amazed. Grok compiled it instantly, identified a few flaws, fixed them, output the entire script, and it worked perfectly on the first try! This is a new milestone for me. Great job, @xai, @grok, and @elonmusk!

NetSuite admin tip: Analyze all SuiteScripts at once using an LLM. If you have a complex installation, with perhaps dozens or even hundreds of SuiteScripts... I'd highly suggest using SDF to get all the SuiteScripts and their configuration XMLs and use an LLM to analyze them! Consider also writing yourself a SuiteScript/Suitelet that can put them all into one text file with a click of a button and then you can at any time get all of them in their current state rapidly, and drop that single file into ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini or your favorite LLM, and look for errors, find files that are relevant to an error or new functionality you want to add, or whatever! Have it help you write something using code you have already created. Get crazy with it! Suggest performance optimizations and map interdependencies between scripts. Depending on the level of complexity and the effort you want to put in, you might consider using GitHub for version control if you are not already. If you have hundreds of files like I have had a few times, then you'll probably have to use Gemini because of the huge context window. You may be able to use Claude which was able to take a text file of up to about 400Kb at once. Use this method to quickly perform: Security Audits Documentation Generation Code Reuse Discovery Onboarding Support (Allowing new devs / consultants to rapidly get up to speed!) @NetSuite hopefully will make this type of work easier and easier!

Fantastic turn out at yesterday’s Bay Area NetSuite meetup where our host @josh_meiri talked about using AI inside NetSuite. My notes: * NetSuite offers a `n/llm` library you can import in SuiteScript, which offers an interface similar to most off the shelf vendors (token limit, temperature, etc). * Currently, they support Cohere’s command R model, and llama3.2. It is unclear to me how these models fare vs Antrophic & OpenAI’s offerings (anyone know?). * A real world example of it in use is with fraud detection. You can prompt it to ingest your historical data (unclear if inlined over or if there’s a vector DB as the RAG source) and it will flag unusual amounts and frequencies.
