we have a notice in the building for seniors to have a free day at the Zoo, transportation included. city building TCHC ... so it is more than just kids

gets worse too we have security they are there to watch the front door so the building can get insurance... they have no powers and the bit they do does nothing. junkies come in the side doors. we have CSU which is not here sometimes show up hours after and or not at all. we have cops who say go see CSU we have community safety who walks through the building a couple times a day if we are lucky. complaints to TCHC fall on deaf ears... nobody is trying to get rid of the dealers or their customers ... we have people throwing stuff off their balconies. we had to have a notice to not throw stuff at construction people working here. we have had stabbings, people getting beat up, we have junkies that scream all night. we have people fighting out front all the time. we have people they kicked out apartment hopping sleeping on the next junkies couch... I can go on and on ... welcome to bat shit crazy

No they are not. I managed that building at that time and only 30% were subsidized by the 70% that paid market. Co ops are not TCHC. Educate yourself.
