🚨 "Inexperienced Drivers Welcome" - Aggressive Recruitment Spam Flooding Russian/Uzbek Trucking Groups As promised in my earlier post about Andrey Kazakov and TruckHelp's "TeamDriver" service, here's another layer of what's happening in these same private communities. Check out the post from @NodaWolf with the screenshot from one of the major Telegram/Facebook groups targeting Russian- and Uzbek-speaking US truckers and owner-operators (the exact same circles where the TruckHelp $170 "team driver check-in" ads run). Two nearly identical recruitment messages posted seconds apart by "bekzod" (top) and "Henry" (bottom): "We are hiring drivers. LEASE - COMPANY - OWNER. 2024-2026 truck 🚚 beramiz 10k gross We also have a great salary lines for team drivers. We also hire inexperienced people." And the second adds: "We also hire inexperienced drivers. and box truck drivers too" "Beramiz" is Uzbek for "we will provide/give/supply you the truck." Classic high-pressure lease-purchase pitch. The posts appear to be tied to BEK TRANSPORTATION (MC1044213) in Mason, Ohio. Current FMCSA snapshot: - 3728 Dunlop Ct, Mason, OH 45040 - Phone: (239) 565-7780 - About 54 power units - Reported to have 69 drivers - Active authority 6 years 10 months - Over 6 million miles reported March 10, 2026 "bekzod" appears to be one of their active recruiters/dispatchers spamming these groups. Their Instagram (@bek_transportation) pushes similar hiring content. Why this raises serious red flags: - Legit carriers rarely (if ever) openly advertise hiring brand-new inexperienced drivers for OTR/Class A work due to insurance, training, and safety risks. - "New trucks 10k gross lease options" is common hype that can trap drivers in bad contracts. - This recruitment runs in the same private Facebook & Telegram groups where Andrey Kazakov’s TruckHelp LLC promotes their "TeamDriver" service. No evidence of direct coordination between the two - but they're clearly targeting the exact same driver pool in these closed communities. Bottom line: Treat "inexperienced welcome new trucks big gross" ads as high risk. Sunlight is the best disinfectant in these groups. What similar spam have you seen lately?

As promised - we dug into "Andrey Kazakov" and the "TruckHelp" TeamDriver service. TruckHelp LLC appears to be a California company (recently registered) tied to Andrei/Andrey Kazakov in the LA area. They have a new iOS app and are actively advertising in major Russian-speaking US trucker Facebook groups. The pitch: Pay $170 per check-in and they'll send someone to your shipper or receiver. That person logs in as your team driver, confirms the load, handles whatever is needed on site, and leaves. Marketed as a "time saver for solo drivers/owner-ops. Major red flags for safety, compliance, and fraud. This appears designed to let solo operators fake team operations - potentially bypassing ELD/HOS rules, inflating available driving hours, and falsifying logs/check-ins and facilitating freight fraud. Treat "instant team" arrangements as high-risk. We'll keep watching this closely and report back with any updates. Anybody know more about Andrei/Andrey Kazakov? What's your take?
