#TrainingTip If your gym has TRX, make the most of it. Pushups, rows, ab roll-outs, single leg squats, reverse skull crushers, bicep curls. If the exercise is too hard move your feet away from the attachment point. If it's too easy, move your feet towards the attachment point

#TrainingTip If you only have a few minutes to workout, the most effective exercise for strength/weightloss is heavy kettlebell swings. Be careful with your form. It is a hip hinge exercise, not a knee bend one, but be sure not to lock your knees. Don't count reps. Go until you're winded and then do 2 more
