I hear you. What took so long? Where has the guy in charge of @tzero strategy been for the past 5 years? How did we get to the point of the competition kicking our ass? Perhaps @tzero used all of their capital on R&D and then Securitize used their capital to execute using @tzero's IP? Like a start up pharma company inventing a drug and then running out of money and then someone else markets it?

We know BBBY shareholders by default invested > $100MM 2 invent the tZero ATS under Byrne's watchful eye working with S.E.C., & ICE's Dave Goone entered after his removal B4 exiting. Near end, he spoke BOUT selling patents. Nasdaq has its own ATS 2day. Violating parties must pay.

Because Goone was in charge a year ago and he didn't do a single positive thing in 3yrs. New leadership, new approach. There is a lack of major deals but that is separate from defending this as they should.

A short seller worst nightmare might be Overstock wearing @BedBathBeyond like a skin suit while in partnership with @elonmusk right before @ryancohen and @gamestop reveal they’re all in on tzero while @pulte is acting DNI a couple weeks after @realDonaldTrump said “piggly wiggly”
