انتهيت اليوم من مشروع كنت شغال عليه الفترة الماضية، وهو نظام ملاحة بالواقع المعزز (AR Navigation) مخصص لمترو الرياض باستخدام محرك Unity.
الفكرة تعتمد على توجيه المستخدم بأسهم افتراضية داخل المحطات الكبيرة، وركزت بشكل أساسي على إضافة أوامر صوتية كاملة لتسهيل الحركة للأشخاص من ذوي الإعاقة.
تقنياً، المشروع يعتمد على تتبع الأسطح والـ LiDAR لعمل مسح للمكان وربطه بنظام الـ NavMesh لضمان دقة المسارات وثباتها أثناء الحركة. تجربة كانت فيها تحديات برمجية ممتعة والحمد لله النتيجة مرضية.
