「WordPress6ページ3万円の案件」ってのを見かけて、どこでそんなの拾ってくんねんっつうか発注する側も。。。って顔してる。

Web制作で月20〜30万から抜け出せない人、 ほぼ全員に共通点がある。 「作業量が足りない」と思ってること。 僕もそうだった。 WordPress6ページ3万円の案件を、 深夜までひたすらこなして、 時給換算したら普通に地獄。 責任感からか、 何もかも自分で背負う必要があると勘違いして、 気がついたら過労働。 でもそこから抜け出せたのは、 作業量を増やしたからじゃない。 戦い方を変えたから。 具体的にやったのはこれだけ。 ↓ ↓ ・全部を自分でやらない ・単価が合わない案件は切る ・技術より進行管理の技術を磨く ・相手の判断を軽くする提案をする ・継続前提で提案しまくる 停滞してる時って、 もっと頑張らなきゃ！ って思うよね。 僕自身も今でも気をつけておかないとそうなる。笑 でも本当に必要なのは、 頑張る方向を変えること。 20万で止まってる人の多くは、 スキルが足りないんじゃなくて、 戦い方を知らないだけ。 技術を磨く時間の半分を、 ・どうすれば相手が安心するか ・どうすれば継続してもらえるか に使ってみてほしい。 これだけで見える景色が変わるから🔥

今年も兼業Web制作で受注1300万円を超えました！ これ言うと 「特別なハードスキルがあるんでしょ？」 「最初から特別だったんでしょ？」 って言われるけど、全然違う。 最初は ・WordPress6ページ3万円 ・深夜まで作業 ・修正案件多め ・時給換算したら普通に地獄 脳筋作業者として、 ただ自分を追い込み続けてきた人です。 僕がここ数年で何を変えたかというと、 作業量にこだわるのではなく戦い方に向き合ったことかな。 ・全部を自分でやらない ・単価が合わない案件は切る ・技術より進め方を磨く ・相手の判断を軽くする努力 ・継続前提で提案しまくる これらをコツコツ積み上げただけ。 兼業だからこそ、 「時間で稼ぐ」は普通に無理だった。 だから事業を仕組み化して、 自分の得意を誰よりも磨き続けていくしかなかった。 ゴリゴリハードスキルでのパワープレイとか、運良くラッキー案件受注の連続なんてない。 ただ、 「どうすればこの仕事は楽に回るか」 「どうすれば相手は安心するか」 「どうすれば魅力を感じてもらえるか」 それを毎回ひたすら考え続けただけ。 兼業でも考えて進めばここまで来れた。 必要なのは覚悟じゃなく方向性でしかない。 ちなみに来年は更に飛躍する予定。 これから兼業でWeb制作始める人の希望になれば嬉しいな🔥

最初の案件って、 時給で計算すると泣きたくなるくらい安いことが多い。 僕も初案件はWordPress6ページで3万円。 納期1週間、兼業で睡眠削って、家族や遊びの時間も削って必死に仕上げた。 時給換算すれば本業よりも余裕でに安い。 「これ本当に大丈夫なのかな？」 と自分でも思った。 でも今振り返れば、あの案件こそが全てのスタートだったなぁと。 実績になり、制作会社と繋がるきっかけになり、確実に次の案件にもつながった。 お金以上に価値があったのは ・自分でやり切れたという経験 ・信頼が生まれる瞬間を味わえたこと かな。 最初の案件で全力を注いだ自分がいたから、今がある。 泥臭さも、全部つながってる。 この時期めちゃくちゃキツくても、 諦めないでほしいな🔥
