सुप्रभात! 🌅 | आयुष्य पथ: दिन की शुरुआत सरल योग से। 🫁 वक्षस्थल श्वसन (Hand in & out Breathing) कंधों व गर्दन के दर्द, श्वास रोग और उच्च रक्तचाप (High BP) को नियंत्रित कर तनाव (Stress) को कम करने का एक अचूक अभ्यास! इस क्रिया से प्राण का प्रवाह अपने यथास्थान हृदय (Heart) की ओर अधिक हो जाता है। ❤️ 🧘‍♂️ विधि (Steps): 1️⃣ सीधे खड़े हो जाएं। 2️⃣ हाथों को सामने की ओर ऐसे फैलाएं कि दोनों हथेलियाँ आमने-सामने हों। 3️⃣ कोहनियां एकदम सीधी रखें। हाथ की उंगलियों को बंद कर लें और अंगूठे को ऊपर की ओर सीधा रखें (👍 'लाइक' आइकॉन जैसी मुद्रा बनाएं)। 4️⃣ श्वास भरते हुए (Inhale): हाथों को सामने से सीधा साइड (बगल) में पूरा खोलें। 5️⃣ श्वास छोड़ते हुए (Exhale): हाथों को वापस सामने लाएं। 6️⃣ गोल्डन रूल: श्वास लेने में जितना समय लगे, उससे अधिक समय श्वास छोड़ने में लगाएं। ⚠️ विशेष निर्देश: * अभ्यास के दौरान श्वास भरते समय फेफड़ों के फुलाव (Expansion) और श्वास छोड़ते समय संकुचन (Contraction) को महसूस करें। * अपनी सांसों के प्रति पूरी तरह सजग रहें। * कुछ समय के अभ्यास के बाद, आपको दोनों हाथों के बीच उत्पन्न होने वाली 'प्राण शक्ति' (Magnetic field) की ऊर्जा महसूस होने लगेगी। इसे अनुभव करें! 💫 स्वस्थ रहें, योग करें! 🕉️ #AyushyaPath #MorningYoga #BreathingExercise #Pranayama #HeartHealth #YogaRoutine #StressRelief #Wellness #SwasthBharat

9 Stretching Asanas - Day 9/27 Flexibility Routine 1. Child’s Pose (Balasana) - Kneel, sit back on heels, fold forward, arms extended or by sides. - Hold: 5–10 breaths. Deep back & hip release. 2. Cat-Cow Pose (Marjaryasana-Bitilasana) - On all fours, alternate arching (Cow) and rounding (Cat) the spine. - Do 5–8 rounds. Spinal flexibility warm-up. 3. Downward-Facing Dog (Adho Mukha Svanasana) - From plank, lift hips up and back into inverted V. Bend knees if needed. - Hold: 5–10 breaths. Full body stretch. 4. Low Lunge (Anjaneyasana) - Step one foot forward, lower back knee, lift chest and arms overhead. - Hold: 5–10 breaths each side. Hip flexor stretch. 5. Triangle Pose (Trikonasana) - Wide stance, reach one hand to shin/ankle, other arm up. - Hold: 5–10 breaths each side. Side body opener. 6. Seated Forward Bend (Paschimottanasana) - Sit with legs extended, fold forward from hips. - Hold: 5–10 breaths. Hamstring & back stretch. 7. Butterfly Pose (Baddha Konasana) - Sit with soles of feet together, knees open, gently fold forward. - Hold: 5–10 breaths. Hip opener. 8. Supine Twist (Supta Matsyendrasana) - Lie on back, drop knees to one side, shoulders grounded. - Hold: 5–10 breaths each side. Spinal twist. 9. Happy Baby Pose (Ananda Balasana) - Lie on back, hold soles of feet, knees wide. - Hold: 5–10 breaths. Deep hip & hamstring stretch. Finish with 2–3 min Savasana (Corpse Pose). ASSAM RIFLES INTENSIFIES FIT INDIA MANDATE ACROSS MANIPUR WITH ADVANCE YOGA INITIATIVES FOR TROOPS Under the aegis of the Fit India Movement, #AssamRifles organised impactful yoga programmes in Bishnupur, Ukhrul and other border districts of Manipur on 26 and 27 May 2026 to promote physical fitness and holistic wellness among troops and officials. The activities included practical sessions on yoga asanas, Surya Namaskar, pranayama, breathing exercises and meditation. While 32 troops participated in the programme at Irengbam, Bishnupur District, nearly 600 personnel across remote border locations joined the online “Yoga Mitra” initiative through digital platforms.
