But when we analyzed fund utilization across 795 MPs (Lok Sabha Rajya Sabha), here’s what we found: 📊 The Hard Numbers • Avg fund usage: just 17.3% • Only 28 MPs (3.5%) use 70% of their funds • A shocking 91.4% use less than HALF • Rajya Sabha members are doing better than Lok Sabha 29.7% vs 11.5% • Some states are consistently efficient. Supporting Our Ho Municipal Sports Contingent with Track Suits As part of my continued commitment to youth and sports development in Ho Central, I was pleased to support our Ho Municipal Sports Contingent with a donation of track suits ahead of this year’s inter-District sports competition in Hohoe. This gesture is more than just providing kits it's about boosting team morale and ensuring our young athletes are well-prepared and confident as they represent us. I strongly believe that investing in sports is an investment in discipline, teamwork, and the spirit of community. It was truly heartwarming to see the excitement and appreciation from the contingent. Their energy and determination give me great hope for the future of sports in our municipality. As athletes from across the Volta Region gather in Hohoe, I am proud that Ho Central will be represented with pride and unity. Yesterday, Monday Apriil 14th, at the office. As is customary for most Mondays, I dedicate the day to receiving constituents from across all areas of the Ho Municipality. Yesterday was no different. I engaged with many of you, and I’m grateful for the opportunity. I received close to 100 requests for school fees support, 85 job application submissions from young constituents, as well as various invitations to community and church events, health-related support requests, and more. I’m always excited to sit down and have these one-on-one interactions. It’s important to me that constituents have direct access to share their concerns—and I remain committed to doing my part to support where I can. I’m hopeful that with the right investments and opportunities—particularly through initiatives like the Adwumawura Program, we can create sustainable jobs and expand access to decent livelihoods. There are 211 Tory seats where Labour knows it can’t win so it published a list of them. It included Lichfield, next door to Tamworth that now includes a chunk of Lichfield, where Labour sent all its team to win with around 12,000 votes in total. In a general election that will not be enough to defeat a Tory in a general election, especially now Starmer and Reeves have reneged on the £28 Billion climate pledge. You now have a choice if you are a lifelong Tory voter or have thought about voting for reform or UKIP. Their climate approach could note more different to mine. You. can agree with me on that. You’ve seen Ed on the water. I share his determination to defeat climate change and hold the water companies to account on sewage in our rivers. Not happening on our watch. You know the political sewage is denying climate. I’ve had to answer the most difficult question on the streets of Tamworth for someone who asked if climate change is real. More than anything I hate it when someone tries to make a fool of a friend. Please gently talk with neighbours and if you think they’ve bought the latest fables from the smarmy sales pitcher of Brexit, please take time to put them right.
