It's sad that the occasion of an agency following the letter *and* spirit of the law, *and* being pleasant to deal with, impels me to public praise. But here we are.

2026 budget. Something I haven't seen discussed but which ought to be is the impact of trust minimum tax rules for non-DGR charities. People can and do use trusts so that they can give *more* to worthy causes, without the tax man taking a hefty cut first. So much for that 😞
