After yesterday’s plenary, I met Foreign Minister @_OrbanAnita to prepare Thursday’s Foreign Affairs Committee meeting. Parliamentary scrutiny is not a formality: MPs must ask questions, and ministers must report. That is how responsible, predictable foreign policy is built.

Oszd meg kérlek, hogy mindenkihez eljusson az új Magyarország üzenete! Pár napja a Partizán interjúban felmerült, hogy én leszek-e Orbán Viktor fő kihívója. Erre a leghatározottabban mondhatom: nem. Orbán egy nálam sokkal erősebb kihívóval találta szemben magát. Ez a kihívó erősebb mindennél és mindenkinél. Ez a kihívó a MAGYAR NÉP! És a magyar népet senki sem fogja megállítani. Sokan kérdezik kinek mi lesz a szerepe, ki milyen formában fog részt venni a rendszerváltásban és utána az új Magyarország felépítésében. A TISZA-ban nem osztogatunk pozíciókat, nem alakítunk árnyékkormányt. A saját példámat tudom felhozni: bárhol lesz rám szükség, akár közkatonaként, akár képviselőként, akár miniszterelnök-jelöltként rám számíthat a hazánk és ti is mind számíthattok rám. Mindig ott leszek veletek az első sorban. Hadd idézzem az első szabadon választott miniszterelnök, Antall József szavait: “Én szolgálok és addig szolgálok, amíg a nemzetnek haszna van belőle. Teszem, amíg tudom.”
