To be clear: While sources are saying this was due to a false alarm by a hazardous materials sensor, the lockdown/shelter-in-place order has not yet been lifted as of ~30 minutes ago.
Internal guidance at DOD said additional testing of the air quality issue could take up to an hour or two.
