@GeorgeQuadley is to make his upper body power look like a sprint session. First half was warm up, dynamic mobility and a couple HIIT circuits to get his body 🔥✅
Last 30 was more drop catches and throws…longer rest.
@WHOOP automatically picked it up as a sprint training session!
Sprint repeatability with upper body? My dude was doing bench throws with
@GymAware at the end. No rep range just chasing a 10% drop from peak. I stopped him at 6 reps and he still hadn’t dropped! Time to add some weight.
Good luck blocking him this season is all I have to say!
