A5: As people in education we need to be first of all, positive. That will carry over into all aspects of our jobs. We need to live a lifestyle that encourages positivity- delegate, be okay failing, taking time for ourselves. Be the positive light for others!! #ehawkculture

A4:We need to be positive role models to our students and other staff members, many people get into education because of experiences they had in school either positive or negative. We need to push each other to be the best and create a culture of constant improvement ehawkculture

A3:We have to realize that we are people and we are not going to be able to do everything that we want to. Set aside time to do what we like everyday. We also need to not judge others because of their own unique situations in their lives. Don't be afraid to delegate #ehawkculture

A2: We need to remind ourselves of why we got into education in the first place. Find our purpose, and remember that it is about the students first. Remember that students want to know we care most of all and that is the easiest thing that we can do as educators. #ehawkculture

A1: It is tough to do, but remind the staff member(s) that we are trying to be positive. Don't attack them, but remind them in a positive manner that we are all working together to teach kids. We should model "detouring" as a way to defuse the situation. #ehawkculture
