At Ahmedabad airport pickup, itโs a clear scam these guys are running. They delay exit and then charge genuine travelers. This should be looked at by @AAI_Official as this has happened couple of times with me. Malpractice should stop!

@airvistara I am flying from Paris to Delhi on April 3rd and was trying to book bassinet for my infant and your team told I can only get it from airport while
Boarding. After reading reviews like this I think I have booked a wrong flight and this is inhumane policy!

Ahaa @airvistara as per your support team suggestion booked bassinet 72 hour prior to my booking! And at the airport they made us hustle again and fight even after reaching 4 hour prior leading to bassinet and one parent sitting there and one behind! Such a pathetic experience!

Will suggest everyone traveling with an infant to avoid air vistara! After flying so many airlines this is one of the worst support and experience I had to go through really hate to say but not flying with my baby in Vistara internationally!

@etihad I have a booking with Etihad for my kid's first international trip, and he is only 8 months old. to my surprise, Etihad is not helping us with the Bassinet because they have some tagging issue for infant baby with my ticket, which is an issue in Etihad ticketing system.

And we are traveling in March'24 so I expected Etihad to help me with it but there team is equally helpless as I am by booking with Etihad! This is annoying and anyone travelling with infant should avoid booking @etihad

@airasia I booked the flight from Airasia, and one of my connecting flights to Indonesia got canceled, and you put me on another flight! Your mail has a cancellation option, but I am sorry it does not work; your direct team support did not help after trying for 2 hours

Stating that I had booked from the aggregator. Aggregator is responding back that Airasia international team is not supporting them! I am left with no option but to advise people to never book Air Asia international flights at all! Their support does not exist at all!
