If anyone is struggling today with the events of last night in Sheffield, then my inbox is open for anyone who needs to talk. Adam's death was tragic and it is absolutely okay to be traumatised by seeing that happen, either in person or on the stream.

If this is true, then @PlanetIceUK need to give their head a wobble. The ice hockey community of this country are mourning this tragic loss and absolutely should not be penalised for not wanting to play today.
A club in the NIHL 2 have been told by Planet Ice they will face a £££ cancellation if their game does not go ahead. Typical response from Planet Ice. Maybe just maybe the lads don't want to play hockey today. This is a pay to play level of Ice hockey. So if they don't play they will have to spend about £40/£45 each not to play.

Looking at running a charity strongman event for @ChildrensAir with truck pull as the final event. Would you want to give it a try? Please vote in the next tweet so we can see how much interest there is and please share so this reaches more people. Thank you 💚

As someone with tattoos and piercings, I really don't see how it affects the way I do my job or the level of care I give my patients. I do think that the need to hide this part of myself for my job in healthcare is somewhat arcane.
What are your views on nurses with tattoos, piercings and brightly dyed hair ⬇️

Just two soon-to-be 96 year olds, sharing a joke about trees. Thanks @itvnews & @jayobtv for this magical clip ❤️

Yesterday, I assisted at a RTA involving a pedestrian v car. They had been wearing headphones. Please be mindful when crossing roads and make sure you're always 100% aware of what is going on around you before you step off the pavement.
Today I learned the importance of shaving someone's chest before applying AED pads. Even a little bit of hair can make the difference between the AED picking up a rhythm and not. It wasn't something I had been taught before.
Went out for an ambulance driving assessment and flew through it! Go me! ☺️💚🚑 3 days left of induction training before my first proper shift 😊
