FYI manteman: demo / unjuk rasa itu pengajuan surat ke polisi bukan surat izin ya, tapi SURAT PEMBERITAHUAN. Ini diatur di UU 9/1998 ttg Kemerdekaan Menyampaikan Pendapat di Muka Umum. Jadi kalau bilang "gak ada surat izin", polisinya yg tolol dan tidak baca sebab ACAB.
