There is room for joy in this life even in the face of suffering. It comes through pain, via bearing witness and the radical acceptance of allowing whatever is to simply be. Name the pain, the grief, the injustice. Accept what is, allow the feelings to come and go. 🌊🌊
Naming the pain and the grief, allowing it to wash over you, creates room (even momentarily) for joy.
